Regular Cleaning Starts at $170 per Visit
That’s the starting point for a regular visit. Initial deep cleaning is quoted separately. Your recurring cleaning price depends on your home’s size, condition, frequency and service needs. You’ll get one flat price before we begin, set by:
- Size bedrooms, bathrooms and living space
- Condition how much attention the home needs today
- Frequency weekly, bi-weekly or monthly
- Scope the rooms and extras you choose
The $170 starting price applies to regular cleaning only. Deep cleaning and move-in / move-out cleaning are priced separately. To hold your first date, we collect a booking fee of 50% of that first cleaning.

Once you approve your estimate, a booking fee of 50% of the first cleaning holds your date on our calendar.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Zelle and card payments.
Who will be cleaning my home?
Your cleaning team may vary. After your first visit, at least one team member will be familiar with your home and preferences.
Can I stay home while you clean?
Of course. Many clients are out during the visit and give us a door code; others prefer to be home. If you stay, we just ask for a little space so the team can move room to room.
What should I have ready?
Only paper towels and trash bags. We bring the cleaning products and equipment. If there’s a product you’d like us to use, leave it out and we’ll use it.
Is there a contract?
We don’t require a long-term commitment. Before booking, you’ll review and accept our service agreement, including payment and cancellation policies.
