Recurring visits start at $170. We don’t charge by the hour, so the price doesn’t change if a visit runs long. Before your first cleaning you receive one flat number, based on:
- Your home number of bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas
- Its condition what the first deep cleaning has to tackle
- Your schedule weekly, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks
- Add-ons any extras you ask us to include
$170 is the starting price for recurring visits only. The first deep cleaning and move-in / move-out cleaning are quoted separately. A booking fee of 50% of your first cleaning reserves your date. We accept Venmo, Zelle and card payments.

Is there a booking fee?
Yes. A booking fee of 50% of your first cleaning reserves your date once you approve the estimate.
Will I see familiar faces?
Teams can change from visit to visit, but after your first cleaning at least one person on your team will already know your home and how you like it done.
Do I have to be home?
No. Many clients share a door code and go about their day; others let the team in and leave. If you’d rather stay, that’s fine too. We just ask for room to work.
What do I need to provide?
Just paper towels and trash bags. Our team brings everything else. If you’d like a specific product used in your home, leave it out and we’ll use it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Zelle and card payments.
